After earning his California State Bar license in 2008, Matt Atkinson quickly discovered his true passion—real estate. Since relocating to Austin in 2007, he has been deeply involved in the local market as both an investor and builder.
As the owner of ATX Development and a licensed agent, Matt brings hands-on expertise in negotiating, buying, selling, and developing properties. A native Texan, he is dedicated to maximizing each home’s potential while preserving the character of its neighborhood. His experience spans new construction, full “down-to-studs” renovations, cosmetic updates, additions, and home listings.
Matt also serves on the board of the Austin Infill Coalition, where he leads a builders program that unites local professionals to drive positive change and stay at the forefront of Austin’s building standards.
